Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages Alice In ClothingLand is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at support@aliceinclothingland.com with photos of the damage.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
International Shipping At this time, we do ship internationally. This is the customers responsibility when it comes to tax regulations.
